Ode to Nouveau

I just loved this months inspiration! I wanted to not only include the color purple....of course!...but also to evoke the nouveau period. The borosilicate beads are just beautiful and made by Jillie Beads. (Wish the photo could capture better the light that is reflected in these....shades of purple, pink, and amber .)
The brass filigree and glass leaf charms reflect the leaf images wrapping around the art. I used purple Czech glass beads and brass beads and chain....picking up the dark green tints of the painting.
The necklace is art nouveau long....just like something out of Downton Abbey. ;)
