My necklace features a lovely bird, leaf, and discbeads by Humblebeads. I love how her beads perfectly match the colors and feel of the illustration. I assembled the pendant to make an acorn of the disc bead and give it a woodsy forest feel to match the scene in the illustration. I embellished the necklace with copper twigs by Nunn Designs and Lucite leaf and flowers to give an extra touch of color along the length of the necklace.
